If you participate in a private health insurance plan (PKV) provided by a certified insurer in Germany, Yelp will reimburse you up to 50% of the monthly costs, within the statutory maximum amounts.

Yelp offers employees an option to save for retirement via Direktversicherung (direct insurance). This is a flexible way for an individual to plan and build for their retirement. Yelp will match 100% of your first 3% contributed in each pay period. The annual minimum match from Yelp is €3,000, if you contribute at least 1% of your salary and meet other plan requirements.

Yelp provides families with a safety net of 15 days of high-quality, low copay replacement care per year in your home through CareBenefits. Care can be provided for yourself, your children, or your elder dependents.
Yelp offers a monthly reimbursement to employees for child or elder care expenses, elder care equipment, parenting or family safety classes, and/or tutoring services.
