Connect with a Recruiter
We’ll have a  30-minute recruiter phone screen as an opportunity for both you and Yelp to explore whether the Sales Manager role is truly the right fit.

Step 2:
Meet a Sales Director
The next step is a 1-hour video interview with a Sales Director. You will dive into your sales leadership experience, people management skills, and alignment with Yelp’s values. The format will include a 10-minute candidate presentation, plus behavioral and situational questions and a roleplay that mirrors challenges you might face as a Sales Manager

Step 3:
Meet a Leadership Training Specialist
The final step is a 1-hour video call with a Leadership Training Specialist. You’ll dive deeper into your ability to lead high-performing sales teams and embody the leadership qualities we value.
