Our Hiring Process Overview
Getting hired is more than hitting the “Apply” button, which is why our Partner Sales recruiting team has put together resources to help you prepare for the interview process – from submitting an application to receiving an offer, and every step in between.
Step 1:
Connect with a Recruiter
This 30-minute call is an opportunity for both you and Yelp to explore whether the Partner Sales role is truly the right fit.
Step 2:
Meet the Hiring Manager
This will be a 30–45 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager. You will dive into your experiences, skills, and what excites you most.
Step 3:
Roleplay Exercise
You’ll take part in a 20-minute exercise based on real scenarios you might encounter in the role. Your recruiter will explain everything in advance to help you prepare.
Step 4:
Meet the Team
Your panel interview will be a 60-minute video interview. We want to see your sales skills in action and how you communicate and collaborate in a remote team environment.
